Make a contribution to support the Crispin Antiquarian Foundation by becoming a member. All contributions are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. The following membership levels are available:

Basic Membership is available for a contribution of $10 and includes a one-year subscription to the Crispin Antiquarian Foundation Newsletter.

Patron Membership is available for a contribution of $25 and includes the benefits of the Basic Membership plus discounts in gift shops and cost of programs for one year.

Grand Patron Membership is available for a contribution of $50 and includes the benefits of the Patron Membership plus invitation to the annual dinner and voting privileges for one year.

Benefactor Membership is available for a contribution of $100 and includes the benefits of the Grand Patron plus name on a plaque.

Lifetime Membership is available for a contribution of $500 and includes the benefits of the Benefactor for the lifetime of one member.

Business Sponsor is available for a contribution of $1000.

Donations to the Crispin Antiquarian Foundation are tax deductible to the full extend allowed under the law, as are gifts of supplies and historical items. Donations and memberships help to operate the pharmacy museum, provide archival storage, and develop exhibits, displays, and educational programs.
